I’ve had a few days to reflect... and all I can say is WOW. What a journey Miss USA was. I found out I was chosen to compete with less than 3 weeks! I can’t even begin to explain the rollercoaster of emotions that was to have everything happen all at once. It came quick, but I did my best to remain present and soak in the experience. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be going to Miss USA - especially as a mother!
